What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal or semi-formal. Think elegant, light fabrics suitable for a summer evening in Italy.

The ceremony and reception will mostly take place outdoors in the beautiful gardens of Rocca Isolani, but some portions of the event may utilize indoor spaces.

Will transportation be provided to the venue?

Yes! We will have buses to transport guests to and from the venue from Cento and Bologna.

The nearest airport is Bologna Guglielmo Marconi International Airport (BLQ), located about 20 minutes from Minerbio.

Lufthansa, United, Air France, Delta, ITA Airways, or KLM.

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying at one of the hotels where we have reserved blocks of rooms for our guests. Details and booking links will be available on our website soon!

For guests driving to the wedding, there is plenty of parking available. Be safe if driving!

Will I need to rent a car?

If you plan to explore the area before or after the wedding, there is public transportation, but renting a car is recommended for flexibility. However, for the wedding itself, transportation will be provided.

What type of food will be served?

Expect a menu featuring delicious Italian cuisine, including seasonal and local specialties. Vegetarian options will be available. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

What are some things to do during my trip?

While in the area, consider visiting Bologna for its beautiful medieval architecture and incredible food scene. Florence, Venice, and the wine regions of Tuscany are also within a few hours’ drive or by train. (Italy has a great train system!)

Power adapter for electronics?

Italy uses Type C, F, and L plugs with a 220V system, so bring a universal power adapter.
